Introcaso-Davis led programming and development at Bravo and Oxygen during transformational periods at both networks. She segued from Bravo to Oxygen in 2008. Her three-year--plus tenure as head of programming at Oxygen was marked by ratings growth in the network's core demographic of young women. But Oxygen's ratings surge may have plateaued. And Introcaso-Davis left Oxygen last summer in the wake of disappointing runs for heavily hyped series The World According to Paris and Glee reality spinoff The Glee Project.
