Bad Teacher: What was the meaning of the Gym Teacher saying those numbers?

After Elizabeth and Scott were singing to a song, with numbers the gym
teacher said " I can come up with a song like that right now"
(something like that) and said a bunch of numbers. Was it just random
numbers, or does it have an underlying meaning.
