MTV Greenlights 'Dumb Girls' Comedy Pilot

TCA: MTV Renews 'America's Best Dance Crew', Touts 'Beavis & Butt-Head' Reboot MTV is doubling its wager on Lauren Iungerich, creator/executive producer from the network's new comedy series Awkward, which first showed ten days ago to solid rankings. MTV has handed an airplane pilot order to a different comedy from Iungerich, Dumb Women. The ensemble project, which is created in-house, involves several twentysomethings who're wise in existence but dumb in love. Iungerich is executive creating together with her manager at Madhouse Entertainment Robyn Meisinger and former CW mind of comedy Kim Fleary.
