Where could I file a complaint about the Simpson's DVDs?

I love the Simpsons, so I have been buying the seasonal DVD's pretty
diligently.

The problem is, I'm hearing impaired (I'm not completely deaf). For
some reason sometimes the subtitles don't work for an entire minute
and I miss a huge chunk of conversation, though my main complaint is
that NONE of the songs are subtitled especially not after Season 5.

Seriously, many times they break into song and all the subtitles say
is Singing. What's up with that? Could no one be bothered to type up
the lyrics?

I would write a review about this in Amazon or something, but this
problem spans several seasons of DVDs. Is there any way to contact Fox
or the producers and complain that the hearing impaired people are
getting gypped?
